Terms of Service

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the activity under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you spot anything that looks like unauthorized access.

The church metrics you enter or upload belong to you. You grant us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the Dashboard — to display your reports and generate your leadership briefs. We don't claim ownership of your data, and you can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

The Connected Church Dashboard—including the software, source code, design, dashboards, weekly entry system, AI leadership brief system, monthly reports, illustrations, and all underlying concepts—is owned by The Connected Church Co. When you use the Dashboard, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your church's internal leadership purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or use any part of the Dashboard as the basis for a competing product or service. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying algorithms. Insights or approaches you learn from using the Dashboard may not be used to build or contribute to a competing product.

The Connected Church Dashboard™, The Connected Church Co.™, and the associated logos and design elements are trademarks of The Connected Church Co. You may reference the Dashboard by name when talking about your experience with it, but you may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding to promote your own products or services without written permission.

Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or use cases you share with us—in the app, by email, in DMs, on calls, or in any other conversation—may be used by us to improve the Dashboard without any obligation to compensate or credit you. We're often very grateful for pastor feedback and will say so, but we don't give up ownership of what we build based on it.

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis — monthly or annual, depending on what you choose.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period so your dashboard never goes dark.
• You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't prorate partial periods.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Your leadership briefs are AI-generated suggestions meant to help you think, pray, and lead. They are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and they can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. You know your church and your people — please use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

The Dashboard is actively being built and improved, including with our Founding Partner pastors. We work hard to keep it reliable, but the service is provided “as is,” and features may change as we learn what serves churches best.

While the Dashboard is in pre-public pilot, we ask that you keep specific screenshots, feature details, internal workings, and documentation confidential. Feel free to talk about the concept with fellow pastors—that helps us. Please don't share detailed screenshots, feature lists, or documentation publicly (on social media, in videos, in group chats, in sermons, or with other software companies) until we officially launch. Any feedback or feature ideas you share with us are covered by the “Feedback you share with us” section above.

Please don't use the Dashboard to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
• Upload data you don't have permission to use, or personal records of individual congregants.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Copy, reproduce, or use the Dashboard—or any of its underlying design, features, or approach—as the basis for a competing product or service.
• Extract or scrape our software, brand assets, or content for use outside your own church's leadership context.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Connected Church Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Dashboard. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the Dashboard and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, but we'll make a reasonable effort to let you retrieve your data first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Connected Church Co. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top. Continuing to use the Dashboard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
