What's the setup fee for?
White-glove onboarding: I personally help you get your first few weeks of data loaded, walk you through your dashboard, and tune it to how your church tracks health. It’s a one-time investment in getting you set up right. Waived for every pilot who continues.
What happens after 3 months if I don't continue?
Nothing bad. Your data stays exportable, we part as brothers who took a look together, and I ask for your honest reflection so I can build this better for the next pastor. No card ever charged.
What if my church is smaller than 250 attenders?
Shepherd tier ($97/mo) is designed for you. If you’re significantly under 100 attenders or in a plant phase, reply to any pilot email and we’ll figure something out together — I’m more interested in your church’s health than the price tag.
Can I upload from CCB / Planning Center / Rock?
Yes. CSV or XLSX export from any ChMS works, plus we accept a Google Sheet, an Excel workbook, or manual entry through the web / phone. If your export format is unusual, I’ll add support for it — just reply to any email with the file.
